You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do this, please contact us. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours and will be entitled to a refund or exchange according to your wishes.
There are two cases for return costs:
- the product is damaged: return costs are free.
- the product is compliant but you have changed your mind: return costs are your responsibility.
Once the items have been returned and checked, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request.
For the right of withdrawal to be validated, the customer must notify us of their request before the end of the legal period of 14 days.
Orders placed via a signed quote are not affected by this right of withdrawal.

Do you notice a malfunction in your light fixture? Contact us and explain the problem. The free warranty is valid for 2 years on all our products. We can then repair the item or send you a new light fixture free of charge.
