How do I track my order?

In your order history, you will find the progress of your order.

Return policy ?

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or bear any additional costs, with the exception of return costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the items have been returned and checked, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request.

For the right of withdrawal to be validated, the customer must notify us of their request before the end of the legal period of 14 days.

Orders placed via a signed quote are not affected by this right of withdrawal.
