How do I track my order?

You can track your order from your account (provided you created an account when placing your order).
In your order history, you will find the progress of your order.

 

Additionally, you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped, with a tracking number for the package(s).

This tracking will be available when the postal services have received the package.

Return policy ?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, please contact us. You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours and will be entitled to a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

 

There are two cases for return costs:

 

1. The product is damaged: return shipping is free.
2. The product is compliant but you have changed your mind: return costs are your responsibility.

 

Once the items have been returned and checked, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request.

 

For the right of withdrawal to be validated, the customer must notify us of their request before the end of the legal period of 14 days.

 

Orders placed via a signed quote are not affected by this right of withdrawal.
