- Once the order is validated, our team will contact you within 3 days to prepare the delivery and the appointment with the specialist
- Once the light fixture is shipped, we will schedule a day to deliver it to you (within 7 days maximum after delivery of the light fixture)

In case of non-use of the service, it will be refunded to you (unless the specialist's visit has been scheduled and validated by you & us)
